ACS, RKS reign supreme

The 2018 Coca Cola Games ended on a high note yesterday with Adi Cakobau School (ACS) taking out the girls title and Ratu Kadavulevu School (RKS) scooping the coveted boys title after 21 years.
ACS maintained a dominant lead during the three-day meet at the ANZ Stadium in Suva, ending their athletics campaign with 19 gold, 12 silver and 9 bronze medals.
Lautoka-based Jasper Williams High School came in second place with 11 gold, 13 silver and 6 bronze, Suva-based St Joseph’s Secondary school settled for third place with five gold, 5 silver and 8 bronze while Suva Grammar School took fourth place with 3 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals.
In the boys division, RKS won 12 gold, 9 silver and 8 bronze, Marist Brothers High School came in second with 10 gold, 5 silver and 13 bronze while Natabua High School placed third with 9 gold, 5 silver and 5 bronze. Suva Grammar placed fourth with 5 gold, 5 silver and 6 bronze.
